ASSOCIATE BIM SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
Associate BIM Specialist
​
The Associate BIM Specialist will assist with the development, implementation, and management of BIM models for various industrial electrical projects throughout the United States from our Belgrade, Serbia office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of BIM software and principles. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, pre-construction, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of BIM processes. This individual will be required to work from our Belgrade, Serbia office (Zvezdara).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BIM models for various construction projects using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).

Assist in the preparation and coordination of project documentation and drawings.

Collaborate with pre-construction, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Conduct clash detection and coordinate model integration among different disciplines.

Ensure all BIM models adhere to company standards and project-specific requirements.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to project teams.

Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a BIM-related role.

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Understanding of BIM standards and protocols.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
