PROCESS ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Dubak Elektro Group is currently seeking Processing Engineers in Belgrade, Serbia to perform Process systems design and implementation for our manufacturing clients. These individuals will work closely with our Engineering and Pre-Construction teams in the greater Chicago, Illinois area to support new or existing process systems for various construction projects throughout the United States. Due to the time difference, the working hours for these positions will be10:00 am-6:00 pm, or 11:00 am-7:00PM to overlap with US office hours Central Standard Time to enable collaboration with our teams in the U.S.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing

Design Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) for manufacturing clients utilizing AutoCAD and Solidworks software

Analyzes current equipment; identifies areas of inefficiency and needs for improvement; designs and develops instrumentation to meet those needs.

Layout & design capabilities pertaining to processing systems, from conceptual phase though design completion

Develop methods for separating components of gases and liquids or for generating electrical currents

Designing and planning equipment layout including required instrumentation

Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout acceptance testing

Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

Develop and implement metrics to monitor and improve performance of processes
Qualifications for this position:
-
4-year degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience

Excellent Math Skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems

Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills
-
3+ years of experience in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Revit

3+ years of experience with process design in the industrial sector

Must be proficient in English for all verbal and written communication
